Panchakarma

A structured process, not a one-click detox.

Nasal-route therapy used within selected Ayurveda plans.

Vasthi

A traditional procedure requiring individualized medical direction.

Vamana / Virechana

A specialized traditional procedure; suitability must be assessed by the treating physician.

Pain & recovery care

Support mobility with a plan that respects the underlying problem.

The current treatment collection includes Kati Vasti, traditional support for bone-fracture recovery, joint pain, stiffness and mobility concerns. Existing X-rays or reports should be brought when relevant.

Kati Vasti

Focused traditional oil-retention therapy for selected lower-back care.

Bone & joint support

Traditional supportive care may be considered alongside appropriate medical evaluation.

Beyond the treatment table

Use daily habits to support the treatment plan.

Diet guidance

Simple food and hydration guidance aligned with the care period.

Movement

Gentle movement according to comfort, recovery stage and advice.

Yoga

Posture, breathing and relaxation can complement selected wellness plans.

Rest & sleep

Recovery time matters, especially when treatments are scheduled over several days.

Before treatment

Tell the physician what could change the plan.

Treatment may need to be postponed, adapted or medically reviewed if:

  • • you are pregnant or may be pregnant
  • • you have fever or an acute illness
  • • you recently had surgery or a major procedure
  • • you take prescription medicines or blood-thinning medication
  • • you have significant heart, kidney, liver or other chronic conditions
  • • you have skin allergies, open wounds or active infections

This is a general safety checklist, not a diagnosis or a complete contraindication list. Individual advice must come from an appropriate clinician.
